Delivery and Shipping
In stock items that you wish to pick up at the store, will not incur a shipping fee. Personalized items picked up at the store will incur the manufactures shipping fee.
Aileen Invitations makes every effort to get you your merchandise as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will ship within two (2) business days. These are estimated shipping times only and cannot be guaranteed by Aileen Invitations. If there is a manufacturer back order for your items resulting in the delay of your order, we will email you immediately and help with any necessary adjustments.
All items are shipped UPS and standard shipping rates apply. You may choose between UPS Ground which is typically 5-7 business days, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Shipping. All Next Day Air orders must be made by 12PM EST. Aileen Invitations maintains no liability for orders delayed due to the fault of UPS.
Many of our items are custom made and ship directly from our vendors. Vendor shipping times vary so please look at the specified time on each item. If you would like more information on shipping, please contact us directly.
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination. Due to excess weight or special packaging requirements, some items might require additional shipping charges. If these additional charges apply, we will send you an email alerting you to the extra shipping costs. When calculating your shipping costs, remember to add this possible extra amount to the standard shipping cost.
Once you have placed your order, you may log- in to your account through Aileen Invitations website to check the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, a UPS tracking number will be provided.
Returns and cancellations
All personalized/monogrammed item sales are final.
If you decide to cancel your we must be notified within 48 hours of order placement. If you requested to receive a proof for any personalized item you will be charged your proof fee as well as a cancellation fee. If your product is already in production with the vendor and you decide to cancel all or part of your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the amount of work done and expenses encountered by Aileen Invitations. You may also be subject to the vendors cancellation fee.

All returns or exchanges must be approved by customer service and given an approval code. All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is returned not in its original condition, then the item will be returned to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.You will be refunded in the amount of the item for all items that are purchased with free shipping and subsequently returned. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of re-shipping the item.

promotions and sales
We send special coupon and promotions codes to all our Aileen Invitation subscribers. Please join our mailing list to be notified of any promotions or coupons. Price adjustments cannot be made to previous orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of discount.
Sales tax is applied to all orders placed within the state of Florida.
